We’re creating these free videos to help Bible translators around the world learn Hebrew and build up the global Church, the majority of which has little or no access to the original languages. Our method is different than most. With us you'll learn as a child learns: seeing and hearing. And there's no stress! Go at your own pace, and enjoy it! There are no lists of rules to memorize, and no book required. Our videos work in all languages and countries. Even kids can learn with our videos. Watch the videos as many times as you need to start understanding. Make sure to watch the lessons in order, because with each lesson we’re building on what came before and assuming you already are familiar with the vocabulary and grammar presented in earlier videos. The heart of this project is to make biblical Greek learning free and accessible to Bible translators around the world and to the Global Church, the majority of which have little or no access to the original languages. Biblical (Koine) Greek is taught as a spoken language and only Greek is used for instruction, which makes the lessons accessible to people from any language background. The natural method of language acquisition mimics the way children learn: seeing, hearing and doing. Students can learn at their own pace and enjoy! We don't include subtitles in our videos because we want you to learn to think in Greek! Watch the lesson, repeating the words aloud as many times as you need before going to the next lesson. Erasmian pronunciation is used in this series.
