Main yesterkitchen channel

Welcome to YesterKitchen! We're part cooking, part food history, all delicious! I'm always cooking retro dishes, telling the stories behind them and recapturing some childhood memories along the way! Too young to remember? Come learn history through food! Because...EVERY dish has a story! Have you ever wondered where Fettuccine Alfredo came from? What about Thousand Island Dressing? Why was fondue so popular in the 1970s? Do you love retro/vintage cooking? You came to the right place! I post new videos every Friday! And, there are tons of retro playlists to embrace the past! I’m so excited to share my passion for bringing history to life through the art of food.

I'll see you in the next video!

Lofenyy Does Things

If you're expecting raw talent and skill, perhaps craving something new and exciting, then let me tell you, you've come to the wrong channel. That's right. It's going to be mediocre at best, and quite painful at worst. Why you've chosen to come here, I have no idea. But you've probably made a mistake. Don't watch anything I post. It's best for the both of us that I not be perceived.

You've been warned.

thepaperpunk

The Paperpunk is a channel devoted to making clean and well-animated graphic videos, based primarily around books, comic books, and any other form of printed media.

I always found it frustrating that there is such a lack of dedicated video essay channels for books. After reading something I love, I often go to Youtube to try and find something about it. But except for a few reviews and critiques, there generally isn't much else. Most video essay channels are devoted to films and I love the work they do. I want to bring the same content for the printed medium and hopefully bring the same level of quality to my work.

The spark of my ideas also started from the Why You Should Read series by Ted-Ed. Even though those are primarily book recommendation videos... My plan is to emulate their spirit and come up with something new myself.

Right now, I'm making 1 video per 1 to 2 weeks. A massive THANK YOU for all the support and I promise to keep upping my quality with every new post!

The Elephant in the Room

Hey hey, I'm Aaron, 24 years old and I make videos about our trade-based society. I'm interested in a bunch of things like how we can automate stuff to get rid of boring, stressful and dangerous jobs, I'm interested in trade-free software, the stars and the universe and nature in general. Basically how this world works, because the world we live in is more fascinating than any hollywood movie (that's why I don't watch movies, but documentaries). It's just the society we live in that is messed up.

I called this channel "The Elephant in the Room", because there's this trade "thing" that creates most of the problems we see in the world today and very few seem to be aware of it or recognize it as a problem. Trade is the Elephant in the Room! I will explain all that in my videos where I provide thousands of examples and want to raise awareness about that issue, but also make videos about solutions.

RowdyJoe's SuperTuxKart Racing

This channel is dedicated to my racing adventures in SuperTuxKart, a 3D action shoot 'em up Go-Kart style racing game, making for some very silly races!!!

I also feature speedruns, although those are usually very silly, sometimes against 99 AI. I have lots and lots of Grand Prix races, and the videos are always full, raw, uncut, uncensored, unadulterated, and very, very LOUD! 😎️ Why? Because racing should be LOUD!!! 😎️

Also, before I forget, there are lots of silly crashes and crazy wrecks, too 😎️ So yeah, I get wrecked a lot :-p

This game is free and open source, so race with me online 🤩️ or enjoy the videos 😍️

Let's absorb folks into races when they least expect it :-p

You are hereby granted unconditional permission to do anything you want with these videos. Let's spread the fun (and races) everywhere! If you use them to run a nuclear reactor, though...🤣️

Also, I edit all the videos on the command line :-p

Digital Privacy Salons are skill & knowledge sharing sessions which aim to teach people the basic ways of protecting themselves and their data from intrusive surveillance.

Generally the salons deal with how to have private conversations over instant messaging, how to encrypt emails, how to browse anonymously amongst other things.

It is very important that you leave the Privacy Salon with tools & knowledge you can use on a daily basis, and explain to your friends how to do it too. All the attendees should come with device(s) they want to install tools on.
